Workshop Details
Join me for a 6-week powerlifting workshop that focuses on learning the fundamentals of the big three lifts – Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift – with proper form and technique. Lindsey will be guiding you through each Tuesday session and helping you reach your full potential each step of the way. We’ll wrap things up with a Powerlifting mock meet that will test your big gains.
This workshop is tailored to anyone who is brand new to lifting, or is looking to take the next step. Whether you are comfortable under the bar, or have never stepped foot in a gym – you will leave with a solid foundation of powerlifting knowledge and skills!
